A day in the life! Personalized exploration of the lively neighborhoods, architecture, cuisine and history of Barcelona

Barcelona city tours are in comfortable, modern passenger vans or walking routes that wind guests through the best of Barcelona. The tour begins at the botanical gardens overlooking the city to the castle atop Montjuic for the best panoramic views of the city and harbor. We will make brief stops at the Olympic Stadium (site of the 1992 Olympics) before stopping at the National Palace and passing through Plaza Espanya with its beautiful sculptures, museums and the Magic Fountains. Two hours of this Barcelona city tour are duly dedicated to viewing the architectural works of Gaudí including Parc Guell, La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera (Casa Mila) and Casa Batlló. Visits to the inside of the Gaudí works can be arranged but will require substantial extra time which we recommend for after the tour or a different day. Extent of exploration of the Gothic and Born, normally walking, will be dictated by the chosen length of tour. Six hour Barcelona day tours allow for more stops and foot exploring. Lunch at a great Tapas bar or restaurant can easily be added to your day tour and our guides will take care to bring you to a relaxing and agreeable dining location which will easily compliment the cultural intake of your day tour of Barcelona.
