The Dalí museum experience is not only a must for any art enthusiast but also a unique, unforgettable experience for any inquisitive traveller. Girona city and Dalí day tours begin with a visit to museum of the great surrealist painter Salvador Dalí museum. We move to the walled city of Girona for a great lunch of local, creative cuisine typical of the Catalonia region which has always been home to many cutting-edge culinary styles and world-class chefs. After our meal we move on to explore Girona’s amazing history by strolling through the winding old quarter and Jewish Call, visiting the many amazing houses, churches and gardens as well as a visit to Girona city’s world famous Gothic Cathedral and/or Jewish heritage center of Bonastruc Sa Porta.

Girona City Hikers option!

This is a great hiking day tour alternative to our regular Girona / Dalí day tours. For groups of four or more who are interested in a more active day out, Spanish Trails® offers you the possibility to enjoy the best of the Girona City tour as well as get into the local mountains of the pre-Pyrenees around Girona for light trekking up to one of our favorite look-out points in the region atop a 12th century castle.
