Two Day Escape (example)

Day 1

• Leave Barcelona after breakfast
• Explore the cliffs, coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, either on foot or in sea kayaks.
• Great lunch in a coastal village, or picnic in a cove (if kayaking)
• Arrive to Girona city or country bed & breakfast
• Relax, nap or freshen up
• Explore the city or village you're staying before a nice dinner in local restaurant

Day 2

• Breakfast
• Dali museum followed by a gourment lunch and wine tasting in the Emporda region Or cycle leisurely through villages
• Visit a Costa Brava village or a interior medieval village before returning to Barcelona
• Arrive to Barcelona early evening

Three Day Escape (example)

Day 1

• Leave Barcelona after breakfast
• Explore Pyrenees medieval village with optional waterfall hikes
• Arrive to Girona (a small city north of Barcelona)
• Check into accommodation in the Historic Quarter
• Rest or explore the surrounding cobblestone streets
• Dinner at a traditional Catalan restaurant (not usually included in quoted price)

Day 2

• Breakfast
• Enjoy Girona’s history, architecture, shops and cafes
• Lunch before leaving Girona
• Dali museum tour followed by a gourment lunch and wine tasting in the Emporda wine region
• Relax on the beach and explore in a Costa Brava village or go for a short Costa Brava hike before returning to Girona city
• Dinner at a local restaurant (not usually included in quoted price)

Day 3

• Breakfast
• Spend morning exploring a medieval town or coastal village OR spend the day kayaking the Costa Brava
• Wine tasting at a private, boutique vineyard on the way back to Barcelona
• Barcelona city tour in van or walking
